MANAGING DIRECTOR

I am an experienced educational administrator with a passion to guide students reach their potential heights. My goal is to create a learning environment that is both challenging and nurturing for the skill development of our students. My five years of experience includes curriculum design, assessment and evaluation, budgeting, staff development, overseeing the institution’s financial health and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, I am responsible for cultivating relationships with stakeholders and external partners to foster collaboration and ensure the success of the institution.

ABDUL HASHIM KHAN

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

As the Managing Director of Zirviz, my primary goal is to ensure that our students are provided with the highest quality of education possible. I will be the primary decision-maker when it comes to our educational programs and services, as well as the overall direction of the institution. I am responsible for cultivating relationships with our community partners, stakeholders and other funders. My nine years of prior experience in the field allot the leadership and vision that will be needed to ensure the long-term success and continued growth of our institution.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

I have been collaborating with educational institutions for the pass seven years actively responsible in building relationships with key stakeholders like students, faculties and members of local community. It is in my hands to increase the operational efficiency in order to implement progress to reduce costs and improve efficiency, while developing strategies to ensure that the institution meets its financial goals. I provide the necessary support in optimizing educational outcomes, create a positive culture, communicate effectively, foster innovation and enhance brand visibility.

ANANDHU GLADSTON

MARKETING MANAGER

With the five year experience as a Marketing Manager, I focus on creating a unified and consistent message across all the channels that speaks to the institution’s core values, mission and vision. To do this, I develop a comprehensive marketing plan that includes research, target audience identification, messaging, content creation, and distributions. I ensure that the marketing efforts of the departments are in alignment with the institution’s overall objectives and adjust strategies accordingly and the institution’s brand resonates with its target audience.

SALES MANAGER

Being a sales manager for the past six years have structured my experience with a profound knowledge of identifying potential customers and reach out to them with a designed and executed innovative strategies and increase enrollment. Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that is tailored to the institution’s specific needs and objectives, utilising the marketing resources and channels for promotions, monitoring, analysing and reporting sales performance to upper management are the expected responsibilities. I make sure that the institution’s sales team is adequately trained and up to date on latest sales techniques and strategies.

MARKETING SPECIALIST

My knowledge and three year experience as a Marketing Specialist has helped deeply analyse the effective outreach strategies and understanding of the institution’s target audience. The entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for creativity has urged to capture the demographic, interests and needs of the target customers by developing campaigns that span multiple channels. I track ,interpret, and report on the results of the campaigns to ensure effectiveness and make refinements as needed.

ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

As an Academic Counsellor, my priority focuses in providing essential support and guidance to help our students develop the skills and resources necessary for success in their academic pursuits. With an experience of two years in student guidance, I help students identify their academic strengths and weaknesses, set realistic goals, develop effective study skills, and build self-confidence. I provide resources and referrals to guide student’s nerds outside class doors. I will be providing continued services to the students till the end of course time.

ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

I have been giving guided counsels to help students understand their rights and responsibilities and make informed decisions about their future. With an experience of two years in the similar field, I have been assisting the students of Zirviz to choose appropriate courses and develop a plan of study according to their interests and abilities. I help the students to navigate the admissions process, financial aid, and other services till the end of their course.

STUDENT RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Having a multifaceted role as a Student Recruitment Officer, I am responsible for growing the institution’s student base, strengthening relationships with existing and prospective partners, and maximizing revenue opportunities. I have been collaborating with students and recruitment communities for the past two years. Keeping a keen eye on the awareness of the students’ available opportunities in the institution, facilitating meaningful engagement activities, and providing guided communication skills services and additional speech classes to cope with unforeseen counteracts are my top priorities.

SHERIN ROY

HR AND ADMIN HEAD

I am in synergy with Zirviz as the HR and Admin Head since two consecutive years. With a seven year experience in the field, I work on developing a comprehensive HR and Admin policy for the institution outlining the processes and procedures for hiring, training, and managing the personnel. Highlighting the institution's unique strengths and values, and communicates these to potential employees, fostering an environment of employee engagement, develop a culture of team building and promote a sense of community within the institution, implementing incentive programs for employees, streamline administrative processes and develop incentive programs for employees that reward them for their efforts and accomplishments are my key roles.
